I’m Kristian, the voice of Flotnar. We are a group of musicians and audio engineers specializing in tribal themes, medieval music, bard songs, sea shanties, and folk.
Together, we’ve been creating music for over 7 years, drawing inspiration from Norse and Slavic mythology and European history.
Our team handles everything from lyrics and composition to recording, mixing, and mastering. All of our work is fully original.

Do you work with AI?
Other than the occasion of using it for some of our thumbnails on YouTube, we do NOT use any AI in our music. From the lyrics to the composition, audio and the final touches - all organically made by yours truly.
Do you do covers?
Yes, we have no issue with covering the work of other musicians. From making medieval/shanty versions of other songs to redoing them in our own way.
Can I make a more specific custom order?
Of course. We offer full customization of our work. Anything from a 1 minute poem to a 20 minute instrumental works. We enjoy both smaller and larger projects. Just shoot us a message and we will make it happen.
Do you offer a female vocal?
Yes, we have a female vocalist - Aida, who works with us from time to time. She does lead and back vocals. Just let us know and we will add her voice to our service with a minor additional fee.
