Hi I'm Lucera. A technologist, and entrepreneur based out of Washington state. For the last several years, I have had the pleasure of working with many startups to improve the efficiency of their business using data and automation. Whether it be creating a system that automatically formats and sends patient diagnosis letters for doctors' offices, to building complex customer journey automations for Fintech companies, to automating helpdesks, surveys and anything in between - I do a bit of everything. I'm juggling so much all at once and techy stuff is not my strong point. Lucera did an exceptional job of executing what I needed for automation of a Welcome Letter. Here's the kicker... we ran into some road blocks with her getting onto the website and she handled everything with such grace and patience....
