Hey there! I recently graduated from the University of Vermont's Integrative Health and Wellness Coaching program. I'm super excited because I completed 88 hours of practice coaching and earned my certificate as an Integrative Health and Wellness Coach. Right now, I'm working towards getting my National Board certification hours. If you're interested in being coached, I'd be honored to help you become a healthier, more fulfilled version of yourself.
