About this gig
Redesign your space with an architect, not just a decorator.
I'm an architect with 14 years of experience in residential and commercial projects. I'll redesign your room, apartment, Airbnb or small commercial space so it works better, looks better and fits the way you live or do business.
What you get:
- Redesigned floor plan and furniture layout
- Functional zoning, circulation and storage solutions
- Material, finish, color and lighting direction
- 3D visuals of the proposed design
- A clear presentation you can share with your contractor
What I need from you:
Photos of the space and a floor plan (a hand sketch with approximate measurements is fine), plus how you use the space and what isn't working.
Good to know:
This is a design proposal, not construction or permit drawings. If you need technical drawings, message me for a custom offer.
Not sure which package fits? Send me your photos and I'll recommend one before you order.

FAQ
What do you need to start the project?
Just send me photos of your space and/or an existing floor plan. A hand sketch works too.
Can you work from a hand sketch?
Yes! A rough sketch with approximate measurements is enough to get started.
What type of spaces do you work with?
I work with bedrooms, living rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, studios, apartments, houses, Airbnb properties, home offices, cafés, retail spaces, small commercial interiors and other small-scale spaces.
Is this a technical architectural drawing?
No. You get a design proposal: floor plan, furniture layout, design direction and 3D visuals. Technical drawings are available as a custom offer.
Can you also provide 3D modeling or detailed plans?
Yes, each package has the 3D model included.
