I've worked on a wide range of projects, from residential homes like bungalows, maisonettes and apartments to commercial developments such as hotels, clubs and lounges. My role has always centered on cost estimation, valuations, remeasurements, and project management the practical work that keeps project on track and within budget. Even when i'm not physically on site, i provide remote support by reviewing reports, drawings and updates to make sure everything is accurate and meets quality standards. On the procurement side I've gained experience both in government and private sector, handling supplier sourcing, tendering and compliance. These experiences have shaped me into someone who can bridge construction and procurement and i enjoy helping clients gain reliable results.
