After receiving your information I will message you back to discuss the time preference. The session will be effective regardless of what you are doing while I am performing the session. For purposes of your sensation and awareness of the process, however, you will be more alert to it if you are relaxed and concentrating.

What is Reiki?
Reiki is the combination of the word Rei which refers to the wisdom of a higher power, and Ki which references an unseen life force energy. Therefore Reiki is a divinely guided transference of this energy for the benefit of the recipient.
Does Reiki conflict with my religion?
Although spiritually based it is not tied to any particular religion and is theologically neutral. People of a wide variety of religious and spiritual backgrounds have sought Reiki treatment and after experiencing its effects have gone on to become practitioners themselves.
Is Reiki Safe?
Reiki is a very safe method of care. What I as the practitioner do is impart this energy unto you, and it is you that very subconsciously chooses where this energy is used in your body. My services cannot be used as a substitute for professional, legal, financial, medical or psychiatric care.
