How is this different from ChatGPT or a basic chatbot?
A basic bot guesses from general knowledge. This one retrieves from YOUR documents before answering, so it's accurate about your products, policies, and data, and it can cite where the answer came from.
What's RAG?
Retrieval-Augmented Generation. The assistant looks up the relevant parts of your content, then answers using them. It's the reliable way to make AI know your business without expensive fine-tuning.
Can I update what it knows later?
Yes. I set it up so you can add or replace documents, and I include a short guide. Premium supports ongoing/large knowledge bases.
Will it make things up?
I add retrieval and guardrails so it answers from your sources and says 'I'm not sure, let me hand you to the team' when it doesn't know. That's the whole point of doing it properly.
Where can it live?
