What do you need from me to start?
Your transcripts/interview recordings or open-ended responses, plus a short description of the business question you want answered (e.g., why customers churn). The clearer the question, the sharper the insight.
Which methods do you use?
Thematic analysis, Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA), content and discourse analysis. Networks theory analysis. I recommend the best fit after we discuss your goals.
What software do you use?
NVIVO, Atlas.ti, MaxQDA, QualCoder, QDA Miner Lite, Gephi, R, Python, Excel. Usually I prefer free open-source software, but if you need the analysis to be run on propietary software, (Nvivo, Atlas.ti, etc.) you will have to provide an account.
Can AI do this analysis faster?
AI can find keywords, but it lacks the psychological empathy to understand human nuance, irony, and deep-seated emotions. I provide the human "lens" that turns text into true insight.
Will you collect data for me?
Data collection is up to you, but I can handle the interviews if we discurss your theoretical background and research goals, you can ask for this as an extra.
Will you do my homework?
No. Your homework is your responsibility. I will deliver research reports wich you can use to do your homework.
Will you help me with my research or interview desing?
Normally I receive data already collected, but if you need help with research or interview design, I can provide advice. You can ask for this as a custom offer.
How do you handle confidentiality?
Your data will be protected. It will not be used with other purposes than research. I will be happy to sign NDA if necessary.
