I mainly need your booking data, current prices or calendar, and a short explanation of what you would like me to review. Excel or CSV is ideal, but if you are not sure what data is useful, send me what you have and I can tell you what can be analyzed.
Can you help if I already use PriceLabs or another pricing tool?
Yes. I can review the tool’s suggestions together with your booking pace, minimum stays, calendar gaps and property performance. The goal is to understand whether the current settings make sense for what is happening in your portfolio.
Will you change my prices for me?
This Gig focuses on analysis and recommendations. I will explain what deserves attention and what options I would consider. Ongoing implementation or regular pricing management can be discussed separately.
What will I receive?

Can you analyze several properties?
