I clean Excel or CSV data, standardize formats, apply agreed duplicate rules, flag missing values and check totals. I do not invent missing data.
Basic: 1 table, up to 500 rows / 10 columns, cleaned file, change notes, plus 1 simple Excel dashboard with 1 KPI and 1 chart.
Standard: up to 2000 rows / 20 columns across 2 tables, plus 1 dashboard with 3 KPIs and 2 charts.
Premium: up to 5000 rows / 25 columns across 3 tables, plus 1 dashboard with 5 KPIs, 4 charts and a manual refresh guide.
Row limits are totals across all input tables. Standard includes simple consolidation; Premium includes up to 2 simple joins with identified keys.
Macros, live APIs, OCR, complex financial models and ongoing updates are excluded. Extra volume, sources or KPIs require a custom offer.

What files can I send?
Excel workbooks and CSV files. Share an anonymized sample, explain the columns and tell me your Excel version. Scanned PDFs, image extraction, macros and live connections are outside these packages.
How are rows and tables counted?
Rows are totaled across all input tables: two 1000-row tables count as 2000 rows. Basic covers 1 table and 10 columns; Standard up to 2 tables and 20 columns; Premium up to 3 tables and 25 columns.
Will you fill in missing information?
I flag missing values and only fill them using a source or rule you supply. I do not guess business facts, customer details or amounts, and I do not combine currencies without agreed conversion rules.
Does the dashboard update automatically?
These packages have no live connections. Premium includes a guide for manually updating the workbook using new data in the same structure. APIs, macros, scheduled refreshes or ongoing maintenance need a separate scope.
Can you report revenue, costs or inventory?
Yes, using your data and KPI definitions agreed before work starts. This is operational data preparation and reporting. It does not include an audit, tax advice or investment advice.
What counts as a revision or a custom offer?
Revisions correct the agreed cleaning, formulas or dashboard layout using the original files. New sources, extra KPIs, larger volumes or changed analysis questions are additional work. Send a sample before ordering if your workbook is complex.
