What types of audio and video files do you accept?
I accept most common formats,including MP3, MP4, WAV, M4A, and MOV. If you have a different file format, feel free to contact me before placing an order.
Do you transcribe different English accents?
Yes. I am comfortable working with a variety of English accents and will do my best to provide accurate transcripts, provided the audio quality is clear.
What is the difference between clean and verbatim transcription?
Clean transcription removes filler words such as "um" and "uh" to improve readability. Verbatim transcription includes every spoken word exactly as it appears in the recording
How will I receive my transcript?
You will receive your transcript as a Word document (.docx). PDF format can also be provided upon request
Will my files remain confidential?
