Adamant Code builds custom software and automation for established businesses outgrowing their tools.
We help teams connect systems, reduce repetitive work, and find information buried in documents. We map the workflow, choose the first useful improvement, and handle design, development, integrations, and launch.
Our work includes a document-search system in production at TCE and a two-year internal software partnership with a repeat client. We use AI where it adds practical value.

FAQ
What is Vapi and why do you use it for voice agents?
Vapi is a leading voice AI platform that provides realistic text-to-speech, speech-to-text, and conversation management. I use Vapi because it offers the most natural voice interactions, low latency, and excellent integration capabilities with business systems.
Can the voice agent integrate with my existing CRM or business tools?
Absolutely! I'll build custom FastAPI webhooks to connect your voice agent with any system that has an API, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Calendly, Shopify, and custom databases. The agent can update records, create leads, and trigger workflows in real-time.
How natural and human-like will the voice sound?
Very natural! Vapi uses advanced AI voices that are nearly indistinguishable from humans. I'll help you choose the perfect voice tone and personality for your brand, and program natural conversation flows with appropriate responses to various scenarios.
What information do you need from me to build the voice agent?
I'll need your business details, common customer questions, desired conversation flows, integration requirements, and any specific scripts or knowledge base content. I'll provide a detailed questionnaire to gather everything needed for your custom solution.
Can the voice agent handle multiple languages or accents?
Yes! Vapi supports multiple languages and accent variations. I can configure your voice agent to detect the caller's language automatically and respond appropriately, or set it up for specific regional markets with localized responses.
How do you ensure the voice agent stays on-topic and provides accurate information?
I implement robust conversation guardrails, knowledge base boundaries, and fallback mechanisms in the FastAPI backend. The agent is trained on your specific business information and programmed to gracefully handle off-topic questions by redirecting to relevant topics or transferring to human agents

Ongoing collaborationExactly the clarity I needed. I went in unsure if reselling the ElevenLabs receptionist to local businesses here was a real opportunity or just a shiny idea. I came out with a plan I can actually act on. Very satisfied!
