Building an AI web app is hard. Launching and hitting your KPI targets is even harder. But it doesn't have to be.
I've built AI web apps for funded startups and global enterprises and I know what it takes to not only build an AI web app the way the client needs, but also to make sure that the project is successful and is hitting all the KPI targets.
Tell me your idea and I'll guide you through my process. We start together with a discovery workshop to define the scope, then we map out the KPIs we want to target. Once we have a plan, I start building. We'll have bi-weekly check-in meetings so you can stay in the loop and you'll have access to live progress dashboards. Once we launch, we're not yet done. We go through a 30-day cycle of KPI optimizations, making necessary changes to the app to make sure that it's not only working, but actually valuable.
