Before I touch design, I figure out what actually makes a visitor act: what the business does differently, what a customer is afraid of, what stops them from clicking Contact. That's the part most template-based sites skip, and it's usually why they don't convert even when they look modern.

Recent work: a barbershop landing page built around one clear promise instead of a generic "Welcome" headline, and two bilingual logistics/transport sites built for B2B clients who needed to look credible to international partners fast.
