Your processes live in people's heads. Onboarding is slow, mistakes are hard to trace, and nobody can automate a process that was never written down. I turn it into clear SOPs.

FAQ
What do you need from me?
A description of the process, or a 10 to 20 minute screen recording or call in which you walk through it. Existing notes, templates and screenshots help.
Which format do I receive?
An editable document (Word or Google Docs, your choice) and a PDF. Diagrams come as images and as editable source.
Can you use our existing SOP template?
Yes. Send it with your order and I fill it in. Otherwise I use a proven structure.
What is the automation rating?
For each step I note whether it can be automated, should be assisted by AI with a person checking, or should stay manual, with the reason. It shows where automation pays off before you spend money on it.
Will you also build the automation?
Not in this gig. If a process is a good candidate, I can send a custom offer for an n8n workflow or a document extraction afterwards.
Where are you based, and how is my data handled?
I work from Germany, under EU data protection law (GDPR). Your files are used only for your order and deleted after delivery. NDA on request. If data must stay in the EU, tell me before you order.
