About me
I help small businesses stop losing leads and stop doing the same admin by hand. I ran two salons for 20 years, so I know what it's like to do the admin at night. Now I build the systems I wish I'd had: CRMs that keep every lead in one place, follow-ups that go out on time, and AI chatbots that answer customers.
