Give your ready-written Word document a clear, consistent layout.
I will format one editable, single-column, text-only DOCX: fonts, paragraph spacing, heading styles, margins and page numbers. Your wording stays the same. Delivery includes an editable DOCX and a PDF.
Basic: $5 for up to 5 input pages AND 1,500 words; 2 days.
Standard: $10 for up to 10 pages AND 3,000 words; 2 days.
Premium: $15 for up to 20 pages AND 6,000 words; 3 days.
Both limits apply. Input pages are measured in a standard layout, not a compressed source layout; see FAQ. One revision covers the original formatting instructions. New text, extra pages or a new design are outside the package.
AI-assisted tools support formatting and quality checks. I compare the source and output text and inspect the rendered pages.
No scans/OCR, PDF-to-Word, rewriting, translation, tables, images, text wrapping, citations/reference checking, academic writing or medical/sensitive personal data. How are input pages and words counted?
Both limits apply. Input pages use US Letter, 1-inch margins, Arial 11 pt, 1.15 line spacing and 6 pt after paragraphs; title/heading sizes are normalized for counting. A metric-compatible Arial substitute may be used. Each space-separated text unit counts as a word.
Does my file qualify for a package?
Send one unlocked, editable DOCX with simple paragraphs and headings in one column. It must fit BOTH the normalized input-page limit and the word limit. If either is exceeded, that package does not apply. Ask on Fiverr before ordering if you are unsure.
Will you change my text or write new content?
No. This is formatting only. I preserve the supplied wording and paragraph order, compare source and output text, and check the page layout. Proofreading, rewriting, translation, research and academic writing are not included.
Do you use AI-assisted tools?
Yes. AI-assisted tools support formatting and quality checks. This service does not include writing new content. Submit only material you have permission to share, with confidential and sensitive personal information removed.
What is included in the revision?
One revision adjusts formatting within the original brief and original supplied text. New content, extra pages, a different design direction or work outside the package is not included. Please send the formatting changes together in one list.
Can you work with PDFs, scans, tables or images?
No. These packages cover simple, text-only DOCX files. Scans, OCR, PDF conversion, tables, images, text boxes, multi-column layouts, equations, complex lists, tracked changes, comments, forms, automatic references and reference checking are excluded.
Will the DOCX look identical in every application?
Fonts and page breaks can vary between Word versions and other editors. The PDF is the fixed-layout reference. Tell me your target application and required page size before ordering. I cannot guarantee identical pagination in every editor.
Are these images previous client projects?
No. The gallery shows an original fictional sample created to demonstrate the formatting workflow. The before and after versions contain the same body text. It is not a client testimonial or a claim of previous client work.
