What is a Single Service Build?
Basic configures one approved nonproduction VIP, its pool and monitor, then documents validation and handoff. It is not a complete platform installation.
What are a VIP, pool, and health monitor?
A VIP is the application-facing virtual address or service; a pool groups backend servers; a health monitor checks whether those servers can safely receive traffic.
What is included in Application Setup?
Standard covers up to two defined nonproduction application services, agreed profiles and traffic behavior, tests, as-built notes and rollback planning.
What is included in Production Rollout?
Premium covers up to two applications on one HA pair, with approval and preparation, a single agreed change window, testing, defined abort/rollback conditions and handoff.
Can you work on a live production F5?
Only in Premium or a separately agreed offer with written authorization, an approved maintenance window, client test owner and a named rollback decision-maker.
Can you guarantee no downtime?
No. Production changes carry risk. We use backups, prechecks, an approved window, validation, abort criteria and rollback planning to reduce and manage that risk.
Do I need to send passwords or private keys?
No. Never post passwords, keys or unredacted secrets in messages. Any access must use the client-approved secure method and comply with Fiverr requirements.
What is a rollback plan?
A documented set of steps and decision criteria for reverting the agreed change if validation fails. It includes backup references, change ownership, and test checks.
Can you use tmsh, AS3 or iControl REST?
Yes, if the platform supports it and the method is included in the agreed scope. Complex iRules, tenant buildouts, licensing and emergency recovery are quoted separately.
How do revisions and milestones work?
Revisions address the purchased objects and documents, not new services. We use documented phase approvals, and separate milestone payments only if Fiverr offers them for the category and order.
