What is the "Needs Analysis" and why is it mandatory?
Please fill out the short Needs Analysis questionnaire provided when you book. It helps me assess your English level, goals, and interests. It's mandatory so I can create a 100% custom lesson plan tailored just for you, ensuring you get the besr value!
Do I need to buy any textbooks or materials?
Not at all! I provide all learning materials, worksheets, and post-lesson PDFs for free. You just need a stable internet connection, a microphone, webcam, quiet room and a positive attitude.
Where do the online lessons take place?
Our lessons take place via video call. We can use Zoom, Skype, or Google Meet. Whichever you are most comfortable with! Just let me know your preference when we schedule.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give me at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of the class cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
Will you give me homework?
That is completely up to you! If you want extra practice to progress faster, I am more than happy to provide custom worksheets or assignments for you to complete between our classes.
Can I request a specific topic for my lesson?
Absolutely! Whether you have a job interview, want travel vocabulary, or need help with tricky grammar, just tell me in your Needs Anaysis and I will build the lesson around it.
