I can transcribe clear English audio and video recordings, including podcasts, interviews, meetings, lectures, YouTube videos, and voice recordings.
What is the difference between clean and verbatim transcription?
Clean transcription removes unnecessary filler words while keeping the original meaning. Verbatim transcription includes filler words, repetitions, and false starts. Verbatim is available in my Premium package.
Do you provide timestamps?
Yes! Timestamps are included in my Premium package to help you locate specific parts of your audio or video recording.
Can you transcribe recordings with multiple speakers?
Yes! My Basic package includes 1 speaker, Standard includes up to 2 speakers, and Premium includes up to 3 speakers.
What if my recording is longer than the package limit?
No problem! You can purchase additional transcription minutes as a gig extra. Please contact me if you are unsure which package to choose.
What if my audio has background noise?
I work best with clear recordings. If your audio has background noise, overlapping voices, or unclear speech, please contact me before ordering so I can confirm whether I can transcribe it accurately.
What format will my transcript be delivered in?
I can provide a neatly formatted transcript in an agreed document format, such as PDF or Word, depending on your needs.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes! Basic includes 1 revision, while Standard and Premium include 2 revisions each. I will gladly correct any errors in my transcription.
