My site has been hacked / I've got a malware warning. Can you help?
Not with this gig, sorry. This is a preventative check-up for sites that are currently working normally. A compromised site needs specialist malware removal and blacklist recovery, which is a different job with different risks. You'd be better served by a seller who specialises in cleanup.
Will you make changes to my site?
Basic is report-only — I don't touch anything. Standard and Premium include updates and cleanup, and I always take a full backup before making any change. If a working backup can't be confirmed, I'll pause and check with you first.
What access do you need?
An administrator login for your WordPress dashboard. For Standard and Premium I'll also need hosting or cPanel access to verify PHP version and backups. Please create a temporary admin account rather than sharing your own, and remove it once the work is complete.
Will this make my site faster?
Premium includes caching and database optimization, which usually helps. But I don't promise a specific Page Speed score — real performance depends on your hosting, theme and images, and anyone guaranteeing a number without seeing your site is guessing.
What if you find something serious?
I'll tell you straight away rather than waiting for the report. If it's outside this gig's scope, I'll say so and tell you what kind of help you need — I'd rather point you in the right direction than take on something I can't do properly.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance?
Premium includes 30 days of follow-up support after delivery. Most sites benefit from regular checks rather than one-off audits, so if that's useful we can talk about what ongoing looks like.
