I will fix your wordpress contact form not sending emails

About this gig
Is your WordPress contact form not delivering messages to your inbox?
You could be quietly losing enquiries and customers without even realising.
This is one of the most common WordPress problems, and the good news is it's very fixable. It usually comes down to your site relying on WordPress's default mail, which hosts and email providers increasingly block or dump into spam. The fix is to send your form emails through proper authenticated email instead.
Here's what I'll do:
Diagnose exactly why your forms aren't sending Set up authenticated SMTP so emails reliably reach you Test every form and confirm messages land in your inbox, not spam Explain in plain English what was wrong and what I changed
I've got a long background in IT and web support including years keeping business-critical websites running so you're in experienced hands. No jargon, no overwhelm: just your forms working again, properly.
Not sure if this is your issue?
Send me a message first happy to take a quick look before you order.

FAQ
What do you need from me to get started?
Usually just your WordPress admin login and hosting/cPanel access. I'll confirm exactly what's needed once we chat, and I'll keep your details secure throughout.
Will this work with my contact form plugin?
Yes - whether you're on Contact Form 7, WPForms, Fluent Forms, Elementor forms or anything else, the underlying email fix is the same. It works across all of them.
Will it stop my emails going to spam?
The deliverability setup (SPF/DKIM) that keeps emails out of spam is included in the Standard and Premium packages. Basic gets your forms sending again; Standard makes sure they land in the inbox.
Is the fix permanent, or will it just break again?
It's a proper, lasting fix. Once your site sends through authenticated email, it's far more reliable than the default WordPress mail that usually causes this in the first place.
What if it turns out to be something other than an email issue?
I'll diagnose it honestly. If it's outside the scope of this gig, I'll tell you plainly what's going on and what it would take - no surprises, and I won't charge you for something I haven't fixed.
