What happens if you cannot fix my problem?
f the issue turns out to be hardware damage that cannot be fixed remotely, or if I simply cannot resolve the software bug, I will cancel the order and you will get a full refund.
Do I need to sit in front of the PC while you work?
It is best if you are nearby. I might need you to type in your admin password, restart the computer, or test the software once I finish the installation.
