Do I have to buy consulting before AI development?
No. You can request setup, development or support directly. We first check the result, inputs, feasibility, costs and delivery. A paid consulting package is optional, not a mandatory first step.
Which consulting package should I choose?
Basic: 1 use case/up to 2 tools and a recommendation. Standard: 2 related cases/up to 3 tools and a proposed workflow. Premium: 3 related cases/up to 4 tools and implementation priorities. All include PDF/DOCX, costs, limits and next steps. No calls or implementation. Ask if unsure which fits.
Can you set up tools or develop a custom AI solution?
These are individually scoped requests. Tell me what the solution should do and what systems and data are involved. I confirm technical feasibility, access, data processing, running costs, tests and delivery before a custom offer. Not every proposed project is accepted.
Are software subscriptions or API charges included?
No. Third-party subscriptions, API usage, hosting and ongoing running costs are separate. Expected costs and who pays them are agreed before implementation; no subscription or recurring support is mandatory unless explicitly agreed.
How do you handle data and AI reliability?
Do not send passwords, API keys, personal records or confidential files in your first brief. We agree permitted data processing and access before implementation. AI can make mistakes; human review, test cases and known limits are part of the agreed solution.
What is a revision and which languages are available?
Basic/Standard/Premium include 1/1/2 advice-adjustment rounds within the original question and inputs. New use cases, tools or implementation are extra scope. English or German documents. My own delivery errors are corrected without an extra charge.
