Software Quality Assurance

Vertexo • Part-time

Aug 2023 - Mar 2024 • 7 mos

I worked as a Software Quality Assurance (SQA) professional at Vertexo for around 7 months, where I was responsible for testing web applications, identifying bugs, and ensuring overall product quality. During this time, I gained hands-on experience in manual testing, test case creation, and reporting issues to the development team. I also collaborated closely with developers to improve performance and usability, helping deliver a smoother and more reliable user experience.
