bilal.agency is a web design and development studio of three people: one designs, two build. Design happens in Figma, then the same team builds in Webflow or Framer, so nothing is handed to a contractor the client never meets. Scope is agreed in writing and design is signed off before the build starts. In-house: UI and UX design, Figma design systems, Webflow and Framer development, CMS architecture, SEO setup and pre-launch QA. The studio takes on new sites, redesigns, and ongoing design and development.

What do you need to get started?
It depends on the package. Figma to Framer: your finished Figma file and any assets. Landing page and Startup website: your brief, content, logo, brand colors, and a few sites you like. We confirm the scope with you before we start.
Can you convert my Figma design to Framer?
Yes, that is our Figma-to-Framer package. We build your design pixel-perfect in Framer, responsive on desktop, tablet, and mobile, with a clean layer structure you can edit yourself.
Do you design the website too, or only build it?
Both. Our designer creates the design in Figma, you approve it, then our Framer developers build it. The Landing page and Startup website packages include design; Figma-to-Framer is build only.
How long will my Framer project take?
Figma to Framer: 3 days. Designed landing page: 7 days. Startup website: 10 days. Need it sooner? Add extra-fast delivery at checkout.
Who will work on my project?
A three-person studio: one designer and two Framer developers. The same people take your project from brief to launch, so nothing gets lost in a handoff.
Will my site be responsive and SEO-ready?
Yes. Every build is responsive for desktop, tablet and mobile, and we set up Framer SEO basics: page titles, meta descriptions, alt text and clean headings. SEO campaigns and copywriting are not included.
Can you add animations and interactions?
Yes. Scroll effects, hover states, page transitions, and interactive components are kept light so the site stays fast.
Do you write the website content?
No, we do not write copy. You provide the text and images, and we place, style, and optimize them in the design.
Do I need a paid Framer plan? Who owns the site?
To publish on your own domain, you need a Framer site plan, billed to you by Framer. The finished project is transferred to your Framer workspace, so you own it fully, with 7 days of support after launch.
Can you redesign or improve my existing Framer site?
Yes. We can fix responsiveness, refresh animations, rebuild outdated sections or redesign the whole site. Send us the link and we will suggest the right package.
