I will develop a custom erp system for your business

About this gig
I build custom ERP systems that unify what's scattered across spreadsheets: stock, purchasing, sales, staff and reporting, in one login.
You're probably here because the spreadsheets stopped working. Two people editing the same file. Purchase orders in someone's email. A month end that takes three days because numbers live in four places.
MODULES I BUILD
- Inventory and stock control, multi location support
- Purchasing: suppliers, purchase orders, goods received
- Sales and invoicing, quotes and order tracking
- HR basics: staff records, attendance, payroll inputs
- Accounting exports your accountant can open
- Reporting by date, branch or user, across modules
BUILT FOR YOUR OPERATION, NOT A DEMO
Generic ERPs make you change your process. I build to your workflow: approval chain, document numbering, branch structure and terminology.
HOW IT WORKS
- We map your process module by module.
- Written scope with each module's screens listed, agreed before I start.
- Modules delivered and tested one at a time.
- Handover: deployed system, source code, training video.
Tell me which departments are involved and what's in Excel today. I'll tell you honestly which modules come first.

FAQ
Can it handle multiple branches or warehouses?
Yes. Multi-location comes in Premium, with per-branch permissions and consolidated reporting across all of them.
Do I have to build every module at once?
No, and you shouldn't. Start with the one or two modules causing the most pain — usually inventory or purchasing — and add the rest once your team is actually using it. The architecture supports that.
Can you migrate our existing Excel data?
Yes. Send your sheets and I'll import them during setup. Messy sheets are normal and I'll clean the structure as part of the migration.
Will it work with our existing accounting software?
In most cases yes, either through direct integration or a formatted export your accountant can import. Tell me what you use and I'll confirm before you order.
Is this the same as Odoo or SAP?
No. Those are platforms you configure and pay for indefinitely. This is a system built to your process that you own outright. If you specifically want Odoo implemented, that's a different service and I'll point you elsewhere.
How many users can it support?
Unlimited on Standard and above — there's no per-seat licensing because you own the software.
