1. What is the difference between Facebook Pixel and Facebook CAPI?
Facebook Pixel tracks conversions from the browser, while Facebook CAPI sends conversion data from your server or backend. I can configure both and set up event deduplication where required.
Do you provide UTM tracking and campaign attribution?
Yes. I can set up UTM tracking to capture campaign, source, medium and other relevant parameters so leads and conversions can be connected to their original marketing campaigns.
Do I need offline conversion tracking?
If your important conversions happen inside a CRM, such as qualified leads, appointments or sales, offline conversion tracking can send those events back to Meta or Google for better attribution.
Do you provide CRM integration?
Yes. I can connect your CRM with the tracking setup for lead, conversion and revenue data. I can work with HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, Zapier and custom CRM systems.
What is event deduplication and why is it important?
When the same conversion is sent through Pixel and CAPI, event deduplication helps prevent it from being counted twice. I configure event IDs and validate the event flow where applicable.
What access do you require?
I may need access to your Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, GTM, website, CRM and relevant tracking tools depending on the scope. I only request the access required for implementation and validation.
