Do you fix WordPress or CMS-related bugs?
No, I only work on front-end bugs (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsiveness). If your issue is related to WordPress, Shopify, or another CMS, please confirm with me before placing an order.
What counts as 1 bug in the Basic package?
A single bug means one specific issue (e.g., button not working, CSS not applying, navbar not responsive). If your website has multiple errors or related issues, it may count as more than 1 bug. Please contact me before ordering so I can guide you properly.
Do you provide bug investigation in the Basic package?
No. The Basic package is only for fixing a clearly identified bug. If you’re unsure what’s causing the issue, please choose Standard or Premium, which include bug investigation.
Can you fix responsive issues for all devices?
