Do I need a paid license to open and use the Power BI dashboard?
No! I deliver a native .pbix file. You can open, filter, interact with, and refresh this file completely for free using Power BI Desktop. A paid Power BI Pro license is only required if you want to publish the report to the cloud to share live web links with a large corporate team.
