Since December 2024, I have been working as a Freelance Construction Estimator, providing remote estimating and quantity takeoff services to clients across different construction sectors and project levels. During this period, I have worked directly with individual clients, general contractors, subcontractors, drywall subcontractors, and an Australia-based electrical subcontractor. My experience includes preparing detailed quantity takeoffs, reviewing construction drawings and specifications, developing estimates, and supporting clients throughout the bidding process. I have strong expertise in Architectural and MEP estimation, with practical experience working from both General Contractor and Subcontractor perspectives. My estimating experience includes drywall, metal framing, insulation, ceilings, flooring, painting, doors, windows, architectural finishes, electrical, and other MEP-related scopes. I am experienced in reviewing plans, specifications, schedules, details, and addenda to identify project requirements and accurately quantify materials and labor. I also prepare organized Excel-based takeoff sheets and bid-ready estimates, with a focus on accuracy, clear documentation, and meeting project deadlines. Through freelance work, I have gained exposure to different project types, clients, scopes, and estimating requirements, allowing me to adapt my approach according to each client's needs.

Specialized in drywall, flooring, and MEP/electrical quantity takeoffs using PlanSwift, RFMS Measure, and Procore. Delivered accurate material takeoffs, prepared bid-ready estimates, reviewed drawings and specifications, coordinated multidisciplinary scopes, and supported successful project bidding.
