I will design your custom pcb or embedded firmware for esp32 and stm32
About this Gig
I design custom PCBs and embedded firmware for makers, startups, and small businesses from simple sensor boards to more complex multi-layer designs.
What I offer:
- Schematic capture and PCB layout in KiCad, from 2-layer boards to complex 4+ layer designs
- Embedded firmware for ESP32/STM32-based projects sensor integration, IoT connectivity, custom bring-up
- Full documentation: BOM, 3D models, and fabrication-ready files verified for your chosen manufacturer
- Optional prototyping and functional testing so you receive a validated, working board not just files
Why work with me:
I treat every project like it's going into production, not just a one-off deliverable. That means clean schematics, sensible component choices, and layouts that actually manufacture cleanly the first time. I communicate clearly throughout the process and flag potential issues early rather than after fabrication.
I build and test my own hardware projects outside of freelance work too, so I bring real hands-on experience with the full pipeline from schematic to working, field-tested device not just theoretical design knowledge.

FAQ
Do you provide the components for prototyping, or do I need to source them?
For Premium packages including prototyping, the design and assembly labor is covered in the listed price, but component costs are billed separately based on the actual parts needed for your design. I'll provide a clear parts list and estimated cost before ordering anything, so there are no surprises
What software do you use?
KiCad for schematic capture and PCB layout. If you need files in a different format (e.g. Altium, Eagle), let me know before ordering — this may affect delivery time.
Can you work from my existing design or does it need to start from scratch?
Both. If you have an existing schematic or partial design, share it and I'll quote based on what needs to be added, fixed, or redesigned rather than starting fresh.
What happens if my board doesn't work after fabrication?
I test designs against the schematic and datasheet specs before delivery, and Premium includes a working, tested prototype. If an issue is found within the revision window, I'll help debug and correct it. Manufacturing defects from your chosen fab house are outside my control but I'll help identify
Which fabrication house do you design for?
I can design fabrication-ready files for most common manufacturers (e.g. JLCPCB, PCBWay). Let me know your preferred fab house so I can match their design rules.
Can you also write the firmware for the board?
Yes — embedded firmware for ESP32/STM32 is part of what I offer. If your project needs both hardware and firmware, mention this upfront so I can scope it as one project rather than two separate orders.
How do revisions work?
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds (see package details). A revision covers reasonable design changes within the original scope — significant new requirements may be quoted as an additional order.
