Worked as an full stack AI engineer engineer in product Vettio (an AI-based hiring platform) at Disrupt. My major responsibilities and contributions include: - ✅ Developed a hybrid AI search engine using OpenSearch and KNN-based similarity to match user queries with the most suitable candidates. Combined semantic search with precise filtering on experience, seniority, location, organization, and education, using both fuzzy logic and exact matches. Enhanced the system with a GPT-4-based LLM layer to interpret complex natural language queries and dynamically generate accurate OpenSearch filters. ✅ Built a complete AI-powered interview preparation tool that analyzes a candidate’s uploaded resume and job description to generate tailored interview questions, preparation tips, and suggestions. The system utilizes GPT-4o to evaluate the candidate’s spoken or written responses in real-time, providing personalized, context-aware feedback for each answer along with an overall assessment of the interview performance. ✅ Integrated Claude Sonnet 4 via Amazon Bedrock to perform multimodal structured resume parsing, enabling accurate extraction of key information from resumes regardless of format. This enabled the system to process diverse candidate documents seamlessly and structure them into a machine-readable format for downstream AI processing. ✅ Designed and implemented a candidate recommendation system leveraging transformer-based models for deep semantic matching. The system intelligently identifies and ranks the most relevant candidates based on a given candidate’s profile, taking into account skills, experience, education, and contextual similarities to improve talent discovery.
