About me
Hi, I'm Maaz, a biotechnology researcher from Karachi with hands-on experience in bioinformatics. I build reproducible pipelines and turn raw sequencing data into clear results and publication-ready figures. My work includes RNA-seq differential expression (HISAT2, featureCounts, DESeq2), GATK germline variant calling, single-cell RNA-seq with Scanpy, and genome analysis from raw reads.
