Keep consignment items, agreed seller shares and payouts in one clear workbook.

I can tailor a macro-free .xlsx ledger to your labels and agreed workflow. The demonstration tracks up to 200 unique items with On hand, Sold and Returned statuses, then calculates net sale proceeds, consignor earned, shop share and the unpaid balance.

Enter the actual sale price, fees deducted before the split, agreed consignor percentage and cumulative payouts. Partial payouts are supported. A consignor-code selector shows one seller's valid sold-item totals.

You receive a blank workbook, a fictional worked example and written instructions. Checks flag duplicate IDs, missing sale inputs, invalid percentages and overpayments.

Scope: one item per row, one consignor per item and one two-decimal currency. No quantity tracking, sold-item refunds, automatic payments, tax calculations or integrations. Shop share is not profit.
