I will integrate Telegram notifications with your Traccar GPS tracking server.
I offer three levels of integration:
BASIC:
Global Telegram alerts for administrators or single-user Traccar systems. Selected alerts from all devices are delivered to one Telegram chat.
STANDARD:
Separated per-user Telegram notifications. I will install a branded Telegram helper bot that automatically returns each users Chat ID, allowing every Traccar user to receive alerts only for their assigned devices.
PREMIUM:
Secure automatic Telegram onboarding. A registered user enters their Traccar email, verifies ownership with an email OTP code, and the system automatically connects their Telegram Chat ID to the correct Traccar account through the API.

Do I need an existing Traccar server?
Yes. You need a working Traccar server with admin access. I can also install or repair Traccar as an additional service.
Do users receive notifications for all devices?
In the Basic package, all alerts go to one global chat. In the Standard and Premium packages, each user receives alerts only for devices and notification rules assigned to their Traccar account.
How does the bot find the Telegram Chat ID?
In the Standard package, the user sends /start and the bot returns their Chat ID. In the Premium package, the bot securely links the Chat ID to the correct Traccar account after email verification.
Why is email verification required in Premium?
Email verification prevents someone from linking another user’s Traccar account by entering an email address they do not own.
Can the bot work in Spanish?
Yes. The bot instructions and onboarding messages can be configured in English or Spanish.
Can Telegram send the device location?
Yes. Traccar can optionally send a Telegram location pin with supported notification events.
Does this create notification rules automatically?
The Premium package can automatically link existing shared Traccar notification rules to verified users. Custom business rules or complex event logic may require an extra service.
Will it work after a server reboot?
Yes. The bot service is installed as a secured systemd service and starts automatically after reboot.
