Depending on your package and tools, the workflow can send a booking confirmation, schedule email or SMS reminders, notify your team, and log appointment status. Rescheduling or cancellation handling is included only when supported by your platform and package.

Are SMS and software costs included?
No. Phone numbers, SMS usage, email services, CRM subscriptions and automation-platform fees are separate from my setup price. You must also have appropriate permission to send the planned messages.
Will this eliminate no-shows?
No system can guarantee attendance or eliminate missed appointments. This automation helps send reminders consistently, but results depend on your customers, booking process, message delivery and the tools you use.
