In my 12 years of experience as a Senior Recruiting Manager, I have conducted over 5,000 interviews for various roles and coached hiring managers on interview best practices. Each 45 Minute Mock Interview Session Will Include:
- 20-25 Minute Mock Interview with questions tailored to your industry and specific role.
- 20-25 minutes of real-time feedback focused on the quality of your answers and communication skills.
- 1-page written summary of your strengths, weaknesses, and recommended resources.
During your session, I will evaluate the following:

How is the mock interview done?
I conduct all mock interviews and coaching sessions over Zoom. I encourage clients to share their camera and prepare for the mock interview just as you would for the real deal. Practice makes perfect!
What types of interviews do you help with?
I help people with HR phone interviews, behavioral interviews, competency-based interviews, and job fit interviews!
What does the written summary report look like?
I provide a 1-page written summary report that will include 3 strengths, 3 areas for improvement, and additional resources and tools to help you prepare.
What times and days are you available?
I live in EST and can be very flexible with days and times. I have helped individuals worldwide and rarely run into needing help to schedule a convenient time for everyone! Please feel free to message me before placing an order if this is a concern.
