Will I receive a physical mold, and how is shipping handled?
Yes, you will receive the physical mold. We ship worldwide via express couriers (DHL/FedEx) with end-to-end tracking. Since shipping rates vary by destination and parcel weight, shipping costs are quoted separately and added as a custom extra.
What is your mold-making process?
1. DFM analysis of your 3D model (STL/STEP). 2. High-res master 3D printing & surface finishing to remove layer lines. 3. Vacuum degassing & precision platinum silicone casting (100% bubble-free). 4. Demolding, dimensional inspection, and secure packaging.
Are the molds food-safe?
Yes, upon request. We offer certified food-grade platinum silicone safe for chocolate, candy, and baking (-40°F to 450°F / -40°C to 230°C). We also provide heavy duty craft silicone tailored for epoxy resin, candles, soap, and concrete.
Can you only design the mold without physical manufacturing?
Absolutely! If you prefer to cast or print it yourself, I can engineer the CAD mold box, parting lines, interlocking keys, and pour spouts, delivering production-ready 3D CAD files (STEP, STL) ready for your 3D printer or CNC machine.
