What are the package limits?
Short: up to 5 source pages/2,000 words, 2 simple tables and 2 existing images. Standard: 10 pages/4,000 words, 4 tables and 4 images. Longer: 20 pages/8,000 words, 6 tables and 6 images. Both page and word caps apply, including cover, contents and appendices. Final page count may change.
What counts as a simple table or image?
A simple editable table has up to 6 columns and 20 rows, with no nested tables, complex merges or calculations. Existing inline images receive sizing and alignment only. No diagrams, chart creation, image editing or changes to data are included.
What does the formatting revision include?
One consolidated list of formatting adjustments within the original scope. Extra text, a new template or a new design direction requires agreement before work begins. Each package includes the editable Word file and matching PDF.
Will you write, proofread or validate my report?
I preserve your supplied wording. This service does not include writing, proofreading, fact-checking, citation checking, technical or legal validation, or accessibility certification. Please provide final, approved text.
What source file should I supply?
Please supply a finished editable .docx with all text, tables and images, and resolved tracked changes. Scans, OCR, PDF reconstruction, complex equations and charts are excluded. Fonts and layout may vary by application; specify your required Word version before ordering.
What if my document is confidential or has processing restrictions?
Please message me before ordering or uploading restricted material. Confirm you have authority to share it, remove secrets and unnecessary personal information, and disclose confidentiality, tool-use or processing restrictions so we can agree on suitability first.
