About me
I specialize exclusively in Etsy and eBay store reinstatement. I analyze suspensions at policy level, identify the exact trigger, and execute compliant recovery strategies that work. From permanent suspensions, dropshipping flags, IP violations, handmade policy issues, to account risk reviews, I handle cases most sellers fail to resolve. No templates. No assumptions. Every appeal is custom, precise, and policy-aligned. I’ve successfully reinstated stores others considered lost. If your business is suspended, I focus on results not excuses.

Very nice to work with Madison. She knows her job and is really helpful. Don't hv the final outcome of my account reinstatement but I cross fingers to finally get a good news soon.

Great service. She is clearly experienced and was able to turn a bad situation around quickly and had my store back open in a few days. Etsy claimed there was an "error" that led to my suspension. Thanks for everything.
