Do you write the content?
No. Clients, revenue, certifications and results come from you - only you can verify them. I restructure and tighten your copy so it fits the layout and reads clearly, and I flag weak pages. No copy yet? I build with marked placeholders you fill before approval.
What do you need from me to start?
Company basics, your copy (Word or Google Doc), proof points, logo and colours, page count and trim size, and how it will be used - print, email, tender portal or website. The order form collects all of it.
Which package should I choose?
By page count: Essential up to 4pp, Corporate up to 10pp (adds team pages, stat blocks, source file), Full Brand Doc up to 20pp (adds one-pager, pitch deck, infographics, 3D mockup). Unsure? Message me your page count first.
How do revisions work?
Consolidated rounds - 2 on Essential, 3-4 on the others. I send the full document, you collect all team feedback and return it once, I revise. Faster than one-change-at-a-time and it is why delivery dates hold.
How fast is delivery?
3 days Essential, 5 days Corporate, 7 days Full Brand Doc, from content-complete. Tender submission date fixed? Tell me upfront - rush extra available and I will confirm feasibility honestly.
What files do I receive?
Every package: print-ready PDF (CMYK, bleed, crop marks) plus compressed RGB PDF for email. Standard and above add the layered source file. Full Brand Doc adds the matching one-pager, pitch deck (PPTX + PDF) and 3D mockup.
We have no brand guidelines and an old logo. Can you still work?
Yes - it is common. I build a one-page visual system from the profile itself: type scale, palette, grid, icon style, so this document is consistent and your next one matches. Low-res logo? Vector redraw is an add-on.
How do I order for a tender with a required format, or over 32 pages?
