FAQ
Do you write the report or prepare the financials?
No. I design, lay out and visualise only. All text, figures and framework mappings come from you or your advisers. I give no accounting, audit, tax, legal, assurance or investment advice, and I never calculate or verify ESG metrics.
What do you need from me to start?
The manuscript, data tables (Excel or CSV preferred), your reporting basis (ESRS, GRI, ISSB, VSME or internal), brand assets, estimated page count and trim size, and your fixed dates. The order form collects all of it.
How do revisions work?
Consolidated rounds - 2 on Report Starter, 3 on the others. I send the full document, you return all feedback at once, I revise. Content can keep moving while layout is approved, because tables and charts stay live.
What files do I receive?
Every package: print-ready PDF/X (CMYK, bleed, crop marks) plus a navigable digital PDF with bookmarks and contents links. Standard and above add layered InDesign source files. Flagship adds the print spec sheet and PDF/A archival export.
Our figures are still being finalised. Can we start?
Yes - this is normal. We lock the grid, chart styles and page structure first, then drop final numbers in without rework. The figure-tracking sheet shows which values are still provisional at any point.
How do I order for over 40 pages or extra languages?
Message me with page count and scope - I reply within 24 hours with a page plan and a fixed custom offer (per-page pricing above 96pp), so a large report never gets squeezed into a tier.
