this is absolutely appalling, not only was this process very long with response times, I've been delivered a project that is not aligned with my brief. I never approved it and it was sent with spelling mistakes. I want my money back

Low level of effort even when given creative license. I ended up designing the logo myself with slight adjustment by the artist.

The freelancer is talented and quick to get to work. I believe he tried his best to do a good job. However, the overall experience and final product was disappointing due to poor comprehension around my brief and a lack of professionalism in response to feedback. I hope the freelancer improves this...
