What is the difference between alpha reading and beta reading?
Alpha reading happens on very early, rough drafts, it focuses on big picture story concepts, premise strength, and whether the idea works. Beta reading happens on more complete drafts and covers plot, character, pacing, dialogue, and the full reader experience.
How will you deliver your feedback?
You'll receive a structured PDF report with sections covering each feedback area, plus inline comments on your document (Google Docs or Word) for the Standard and Premium packages.
Is my manuscript kept confidential?
Absolutely. Your work is 100% confidential. I do not share, reproduce, or discuss your manuscript with anyone.
What genres do you read?
I read fiction and non-fiction across most genres including romance, fantasy, thriller, mystery, literary fiction, YA, sci-fi, horror, self-help, and memoir. I'll let you know upfront if a genre falls outside my comfort zone.
Do you edit grammar and spelling too?
