I map your business process into a clear, standard BPMN 2.0 diagram, so your team can see exactly where handoffs, delays and manual steps happen, before you spend money automating or fixing anything.

How it works:

1. Describe your process on a call or by sharing your notes/documents.
2. I map it as an AS-IS process, using swimlanes for each role or department where relevant.
3. On Standard and Premium, I flag where the process breaks down; Premium also gets a TO-BE version.

You'll receive:

• Editable diagram file (Lucidchart by default, or your preferred tool)
• PDF/PNG export
• Written walkthrough (Standard) or improvement summary + 30-min call (Premium)
