    Very responsive and quick to deliver. However, the outcome is so far away from the Excel spreadsheet shared with him as requirements. The calcs were not right and he cherry picks the requirements he wants to do or not. After one revision asked that was again a cherry pick of what he wanted to do, we have decided to stop wasting time and do it ourselves.
