I joined as Airbnb Customer Support Associate and used to handle user's concern on calls and emails. I have excellent written communication skill as I used to interact with user in resolving their problems on chat and on call as well. I have completed 1.5 years in this process. I am a fast learner, so I used to keep my stats very well because I learned the process easily even though it was very vast.
