First I take a backup, then I check the error logs, trace the real cause, and fix that cause. I do not just reinstall and hope it works. After the fix, I test the site before delivery. If your site is hacked or has a serious malware issue, message me first. Full malware cleanup is a separate scope and is not included in this gig.

Do you need my login?
Yes, I need WordPress admin access to find and fix the error. Please share it through Fiverr chat only. For safety, create a temporary admin user for me and delete it after delivery. If the site is fully down, hosting or cPanel access also helps.
Will you take a backup first?
Yes, backup comes first in Standard and Premium, and I recommend it for every fix.
What if the error is from hosting?
I will check the error logs and tell you if it is a hosting-level issue, and what to ask your host.
What if my site is hacked?
Message me first with what is happening. Hacked-site cleanup is a separate scope.
