Will I need to give you access to my server files?
To provide the best service, I usually require access via an FTP client (like FileZilla) or your server's hosting panel. If you are uncomfortable with that, I can configure the files locally and send you a .zip file with instructions on where to upload them.
Can you fix "Lag" or "TPS" issues on my server?
Yes! Many lag issues are caused by poorly configured plugins. I can optimize your plugin settings and server files (spigot.yml, paper.yml) to ensure your server runs smoothly with a high player count.
